AB - A sketch describing the family's migrations, first from North Carolina to Pennsylvania and then to Waterloo County in 1802. After settling first on Lot 12 of Beasley's Old Survey, the Sararaas family moved in the 1840s to a 200-acre farm in Wilmot Township. The 2-storey log house they built there remained in the family until it was moved to Doon Pioneer Village in 1970.
