AB - A study based on information from Ezra Eby's history, concluding that the Mennonite population of Waterloo was more stable than other ethnic communities, with the largest numbers leaving the area for Michigan and the Ontario counties to the north and west of Waterloo. Occupation influenced migration (farmers stayed, businessmen and professionals moved), but family size and marital status appear not to have been factors.
