AB - A guide to three suggested walking tours, following a brief historical sketch of the cemetery administered by the City of Kitchener since 1958. Markers date from 1812. The Town of Berlin bought two acres from John Hoffman in 1868 and a further 10 acres in 1871 for what was originally called Greenbush Cemetery, renamed Mount Hope in 1872. At this time, remains from church burial grounds in central Berlin were re- interred at Mount Hope. The guide notes the graves and monuments of prominent people in the history of Berlin/Kitchener.
