The introduction notes that the first burial ground was located on the farm of Frederick Lautenschlager on the western side of the mill pond at the north end of the village. In 1914, the village churches decided that the cemetery should be enlarged and adjoining land was purchased for the New Dundee Union Cemetery. The OGS branch also produced an unpaged book showing plans of the cemetery plots in 1986.},
